IFEJOLA OPARA URGES LEADERS TO EMBRACE EXCELLENCE, INTENTIONAL GROWTH AT TURN TRANSFORM 2026

Date:

Founder of Leaders Court, Ifejola Opara, has called on emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to embrace excellence, intentional growth, and self-development as pathways to creating meaningful impact in society.

Opara made the call at the 2026 edition of TurnTransform, a two-day leadership conference held in Abuja under the theme, “The Phenom: Uncommon by Design.”

Speaking during the opening session, she challenged participants to recognize their uniqueness and resist the pressure to conform, noting that individuals who create extraordinary results are often distinguished by their commitment to discipline, excellence, and continuous growth.

According to her, becoming exceptional is not accidental but the result of deliberate choices and consistent personal development.

The conference featured sessions on leadership, influence, financial discipline, innovation, and legacy-building, delivered by a lineup of speakers drawn from different sectors.

Leadership strategist Eric Gugua, who spoke on influence, emphasized the importance of what he described as “inner order before outward power,” urging participants to develop self-awareness, confidence, and personal discipline before seeking to influence others.

Dr. Kolawole Ojo, in a session on the multiplier effect, encouraged participants to maximize opportunities by creating multiple streams of value from existing ideas, products, and skills.

Financial educator Stanley C. Onuorah also highlighted the importance of financial discipline, tax compliance, and proper record keeping as critical foundations for sustainable growth and long-term success.

Education advocate and social entrepreneur Raquel Kasham Daniel challenged participants to think beyond immediate success and focus on building systems capable of creating impact across generations.

Speaking on “Building for Legacy: Creating Systems That Outlive You,” Daniel argued that legacy extends beyond wealth and inheritance and should be measured by the ideas, institutions, and systems that continue creating value beyond an individual’s direct involvement.

Participants described the conference as insightful and practical, with many highlighting the relevance of the sessions to their personal and professional journeys.

One participant said the event provided a fresh perspective on leadership and impact.

“The sessions challenged me to think differently about growth, influence, and what it means to build something that lasts,” the participant said.

Speaking at the close of the conference, the Coordinator of TurnTransform 2026 and Chief Operating Officer of Leaders Court, Chinenyenwa Cynthia Okoronkwo, said the event forms part of the organization’s broader vision of raising transformational leaders capable of influencing organizations, communities, and nations.
